Entry for the Blue Gastly (fav.me/d8lkiq3) contest from 
The parameters for the contest was to create an art piece with a 'blue' Ghastly, other then that you were free to be creative with the designs as long as it looked identifiable as him. So I when with something a little more mean/creepy for him. Too fun this was, I sadly do not draw enough fanart and this was a great chance. I used Fatal Frame as inspiration in this >

(who is a passionate monster connoisseur) with the teeth/mouth on this.
